‘A Gesture of Remembrance !
In a deeply meaningful and heartfelt moment, head of the Guernsey and Alderney Freemasons Phil Falla, presented a memorial wreath to the local Privateers Chapter of the Widows Sons Masonic Bikers Association.
This was part of our ongoing commitment to the Armed Services Covenant signed last month.
This wreath, along with others, will be carried to the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire, before being reunited with the deputy head of the Guernsey and Alderney Freemasonry , who will lay it at the memorial during the National Freemasons’ Service of Remembrance on 1st November.
At the heart of this act lies the enduring spirit of gratitude and remembrance — a reflection of Freemasonry’s unwavering commitment to honouring all who have served and sacrificed for our country.
The Freemasons in the Bailiwick of Guernsey proudly stand with Freemasons across the nation in remembrance, reflection, and respect for those who gave everything in the pursuit of peace and freedom.
