The Masonic golf society at St Pierre Park

The Masonic golf society played their autumn competition at St Pierre Park on 1st October whereby 16 Freemasons competed for the coveted Rex Priaulx Trophy. The returned scores were very good considering the playing conditions and the brethren enjoyed a superb lunch afterwards at Number 19 Bar & Grille.

The Provincial Grand Master was on hand to present the first prize and the trophy to Brother Rodger Clarke from Loyalty Lodge 243.

Second prize went to Brother Martin Lucas Lodge Fidelis 1809 who is also a past president of the golf club. Third prize, on count back to Worshipful Brother Steve Edwards from Mariners Lodge 168.

Monies raised from the various golf events throughout the year will be donated at the provincial charities presentation evening in December .

Many thanks to the organisers and all of those that continue to support the golf society.
