On Friday 10th October Britain’s Got Talent 2015 winner Bro Richard Jones visited and toured our Masonic Hall in St Martins.
Richard is a member of Lodge of St Peter No 1024 in Essex and recently was raised to the third degree.
Richard was in Guernsey for his show The Sound of Music which you may have seen the square and compass in the graphics which took place in St James.
A number of Brethren with family and friends attended the show and had a wonderful evening.
The tour was thanks to W Bro Steve Byrne who collected Richard and his Dad to show off a few sites of Guernsey and the Masonic Hall was a real favourite of Richard and his father where they fgot to meet a number of masons on their travels before heading home.
Richard enjoyed his time so much he is keen to come back in the future and hopefully attend one of the meetings held at the temple.
