Exciting Boost for Alderney’s Favourite Festival Fundraiser thanks to the help of Guernsey and Alderney Freemasons.

We’ve had a message from Radio Riduna in Alderney –

We’re thrilled to bring you some exciting news about one of Alderney’s most beloved seasonal traditions – the 2025 Advent Calendar Draw, proudly organised through Radio Riduna in partnership with St Anne’s Lodge and supported by the Province of Guernsey and Alderney.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Freemasons of Guernsey and Alderney, we are delighted to announce that this year’s fundraising campaign has been given a major boost: matched funding of up to £2,500. That’s right— your £1 becomes £2, meaning double the support for Alderney’s local charities. This is a game-changing opportunity to give back to the island we all love.

This matching fund commitment will be a game-changer for our local community, allowing us to extend the impact of every donation and raffle ticket sold – all in support of the amazing work our Alderney charities do year-round.

As always, the campaign is only made possible thanks to the generous donations of prizes from local businesses and the wonderful people of Alderney, whose spirit of giving never fails to amaze us.

Tickets for the 2025 Advent Calendar Draw will go on sale from November 1st to 31st and can be purchased through Radio Riduna and Cycle and Surf.

We encourage everyone to get involved – buy your tickets early, spread the word, and help us make this year’s draw the biggest and most impactful yet.

Once again, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the Freemasons of Guernsey and Alderney, St Anne’s Lodge, and every individual and business supporting this cause. Your contributions will help make this festive season brighter for many.
