The Guernsey & Alderney Freemason Light Blues and Friends Team is looking for swimmers and supporters to take part in the 2026 Guernsey Swimarathon, with the team scheduled to swim on Friday 9th October 2026 between 6pm and 7pm.
Team Captain W Bro Steve Byrne is inviting fellow Light Blues, Freemasons, family members, friends and supporters to join the team for what promises to be another enjoyable and worthwhile evening supporting a fantastic local cause.

The main beneficiary for this year’s event is Les Bourgs Hospice, with additional funds going to the organising charities to support other local charitable causes across the Bailiwick.
This much-loved Guernsey tradition is organised jointly by the Lions Club of Guernsey and the Guernsey Round Table, with support from event sponsor Skipton International. Last year’s event raised more than £67,000, demonstrating the incredible generosity and community spirit of islanders.
