Balfour Cockburn Burns Night

Robbie Burns the famed poet was in fact a freemason and each January many lodges as part of the festive board hold a Burns themed evening which Balfour Cockburn did last night.

This was held after a wonderful second degree ceremony and talk on this years chosen charities for the Province.

The festive board included the usual fantastic food with a Scottish theme including haggis.

Those present many in kilts were also treated to Brother Ben Davidson play the bagpipes and the address to the haggis by Worshipful Brother Rob Grant.
